Edward Rothschild is the CEO and co-founder of Adronite. A software engineer by training, Edward has spent his career at the forefront of innovation, building systems used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide. He holds degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Maryland and has held engineering roles at Amazon and Meta, where he helped design and scale globally impactful products. At Adronite, he brings deep technical insight and product vision to one of software's most persistent challenges: making code understandable.

Clem Brown is the President and COO of Adronite, where he leads operations, delivery, and company infrastructure. A Princeton graduate with high honors, Clem brings a background in tech and fintech advisory, having supported multiple transactions ranging from $10 million to $100 million. His experience spans venture debt financing, early-stage growth strategy, and analytical roles across fintech-aligned businesses. At Adronite, he bridges product, finance, and execution to drive the company’s scale and vision forward.

Russ Stein is a seasoned financial executive and technologist, most recently serving as CFO of Cybereason. Previously, he was EVP & CFO at Intellectual Ventures, a multi-billion technology fund, and CEO of Merrill Lynch Bank USA. Across his storied career, Russ has raised tens of billions in capital and led at the intersection of finance, innovation, and cybersecurity. A prolific patented inventor and multiple award winner, his expertise bridges deep capital markets experience with a forward-looking view on software and technology strategy.

Jeff Lebowitz is the Head of Go-to-Market at Adronite. A seasoned technology executive with extensive experience leading growth-stage cybersecurity and infrastructure companies, Jeff has spent his career scaling enterprise technology businesses and bringing advanced security solutions to market. Most recently he served as CEO of Sternum, where he helped drive the company's mission to secure IoT and embedded systems through innovative runtime protection and observability technologies, working alongside some of the world's largest device manufacturers. Across his career he has held senior commercial and executive roles focused on enterprise software, strategic partnerships, and revenue scale at growth-stage security companies. He holds a B.A. from Hofstra University. At Adronite, Jeff brings deep expertise in enterprise software, cybersecurity, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution to lead the company's commercial expansion.

Calvin Holloway is a seasoned engineer and product leader with over a decade of experience driving innovation at high-growth startups. As Product Lead at a successful IoT company, he led the launch of its flagship platform from concept to market. Previously, he founded and scaled a bootstrapped B2C product to over 100,000 users, bringing hands-on insight into both early-stage growth and technical execution. Calvin blends deep engineering expertise with sharp product intuition and entrepreneurial tenacity to help turn ambitious ideas into scalable success.

Vincent is a seasoned software engineer with a track record of delivering innovative, high-quality products. As a founder of Bazaah and a Founding Engineer at Vast.ai, he helped scale the company from its earliest stages into a 30+ person team, playing a key role in shaping its growth and success.

Shaun Starsprung is an engineer who has spent over fifteen years building large systems. He previously worked on privacy-preserving data infrastructure at Meta, where he learned that counting is surprisingly hard at scale; built identity platforms at Auth0 (later as part of Okta); and before that helped Nike sell shoes to people who were extremely determined to buy them.

Charlie Morss is an engineering executive, founder, and software engineer with more than 25 years of experience building products and scaling teams from early-stage startups to platforms serving millions. Most recently, as Head of Engineering at Copy.ai, Charlie helped scale one of the world’s earliest generative AI platforms to more than 15 million users, leading technical strategy across AI infrastructure, backend systems, developer platforms, and engineering growth. His career also includes leadership and hands-on roles at Stripe, NextStep, Apptentive, Urbanspoon, and Audiosocket. Today, Charlie focuses on building AI-native products involving agentic workflows, voice and multimodal experiences, reasoning systems, evaluation frameworks, and real-time inference—guided by the belief that exceptional products begin with exceptional teams.

Liad Meidar is the Founder and Managing Partner of Gatemore Capital Management, a New York based investment firm focused on an activist strategy with concentrated positions across consumer, industrial, sports, media, healthcare, and technology sectors. Since founding Gatemore in 2005, Liad has led investments across multiple sectors and currently serves on the boards of portfolio companies including GSE Worldwide (Chairman), Factorial Energy, Third Point Investors, and SurvivorNet. Liad holds an AB in Economics from Princeton University.

Brad Harlow is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of leadership in medical technology and startups. He co-founded and served as CEO of Cardiac Insight Inc., an international cardiac monitoring company acquired by a Korean public firm in 2022. Brad has led or advised four startups through successful exits and IPOs. He is also Chairman of CBC Partners LLC, a Bellevue-based lending institution, and financial advisor to a $700M private technology firm in Seattle. His experience spans high-growth ventures, healthcare innovation, and strategic finance.

Senior partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where he's one of the firm's leading trial and appellate lawyers, with multiple Supreme Court arguments to his name. In the George W. Bush administration he served as Deputy Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy and later as Special Envoy for Human Rights in North Korea. He has taught at Columbia Law School for more than a decade, and he writes frequently on law and public policy for the Wall Street Journal, Commentary, and various other publications. In naming him one of “The 100 Most Influential Lawyers in America,” The National Law Journal described Jay as “a leading voice on school choice issues” and “a no-nonsense appellate and antitrust lawyer for an array of blue-chip clients.”

Luca Taylor is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience across military, intelligence, and private-sector operations. A United States Marine Corps veteran, Luca spent over a decade at the National Security Agency conducting and directing cyber operations in support of national intelligence objectives. He has deployed to active war zones leading counterterrorism and counterintelligence missions, and has worked extensively to secure critical infrastructure against advanced cyber threats.

Luca is the Founder and CEO of Renatio, LLC, where he advises public and private sector clients on complex security challenges. He holds an MBA with concentrations in Management Information Systems and Information Assurance, and a B.B.A. in Finance. His operational expertise and strategic insight bring invaluable perspective to Adronite’s mission in high-assurance environments.

Lieutenant General Jon M. Davis USMC (Ret) is President of Green Monarchs Enterprises Inc. Jon joined the Marines in 1977, was commissioned after he graduated from college in 1980 and served 37 years as an aviator, instructor, leader, thinker and doer. He primarily flew the Harrier and F-5 Tiger but flew every type, model, and series in service with the Marine Corps. He flew Harrier GR-3,5 and 7 in service as an exchange officer with the Royal Air Force. He commanded VMA-223, MAWTS-1 and the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing. He served as the Deputy Commander, Network Warfare at Fort Meade, and later as the Deputy Commander, United States Cyber Command. He stood up and led the nation’s first Cyber Joint Interagency Task Force (JIATF) in 2006. His last active duty billet was to serve as the Deputy Commandant for Aviation, Headquarters Marine Corps. He retired in 2017 from the Marine Corps and began his business career, helping good companies become better ones or in helping others bring great ideas to life, then to market. He is a member of the Rolls Royce North America Board of Directors and Chairman of the Government Security Committee. He is an advisor to four very successful startups. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Allegheny College, a Master of Science from Marine Corps University and a Master of International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He is a graduate of the Wharton School, Boards That Lead program.

Robert Oh is the Chief Digital & Information Officer at International (formerly Navistar), a $10B+ global manufacturing company. He previously served as EVP and COO of Doosan Digital Innovation, leading digital strategy for Doosan Group, a $14B conglomerate. With leadership roles across Hanon Systems, Masco, Dow Corning, and Newell Brands, Robert brings deep expertise in applying technology to drive enterprise growth and transformation at scale.

Sam Curry, current CISO at Zscaler, is a cybersecurity leader with over 30 years of experience advancing the field from cryptanalysis and firewall development to enterprise defense and national security policy. He pioneered VPN technology and the first commercial implementation of the Blowfish algorithm, later acquired by McAfee, where he served as Head of Product Management and Chief Security Architect. He has held senior leadership roles at RSA (including Head of RSA Labs at MIT, CTO, and Distinguished Engineer at EMC), MicroStrategy (SVP & CISO), Arbor Networks, and Cybereason (CPO & CSO). Sam is a Forbes contributor, holds 17 active cybersecurity patents, and serves on the boards of Rampart AI, the Cybersecurity Coalition, and Cybertrust MA. He is an Adjunct Professor at Nichols College and Wentworth Institute of Technology, a Fellow at George Mason's National Security Institute, and a co-instructor at Harvard. Sam has received numerous honors, including SC Magazine's 30-Year Visionary Award, Cyberjutsu's Hidden Champion, and Purdue CERIAS' Pillar Award.

Selina Petosa is the Founder and former Chief Creative Officer of Rational Interaction (now Designit), a leading digital agency based in Seattle. With over 25 years of experience in strategy and design, she's led major initiatives for brands including Microsoft, Amazon, Acer, Google, and AT&T. She scaled Rational from a two-person startup into a 300+ person award-winning agency, earning widespread recognition across the Pacific Northwest. After Rational, she served as General Manager of Design Practice at ASB Bank in New Zealand, and as Senior Design Director at SoFi, evolving customer experience across digital platforms.

Mike Brown is a veteran corporate finance and M&A attorney who has advised scores of startups and emerging companies over several decades. A graduate of Harvard College and Boston University School of Law, Mike has been a partner at leading Seattle law firms and previously served as co-chair of the Emerging Growth Practice Group at a major national firm. His expertise spans venture financing, corporate governance, and strategic transactions across the innovation economy.

Co-founder and longtime CEO of ForeFlight, the market-leading integrated flight application for personal, business, military, and commercial aviation. Tyson led the company for fifteen years, from inception through its 2019 acquisition by Boeing, and helped create and define the integrated flight app category. He is now a partner at Airspeed Partners, an investment firm founded by ForeFlight's co-founders, and serves on the boards of the National Business Aviation Association, Signature Aviation, Natural Atlas, and Surfline, as well as the advisory board of MITRE's Center for Advanced Aviation System Development. His industry recognition includes the Living Legends of Aviation Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Aero Club of New England's Godfrey L. Cabot Award, the AOPA General Aviation Safety Award, and the National Aviation Hall of Fame's Neil Armstrong Award. A commercial-rated pilot with multiple business jet type ratings, Tyson holds degrees in Finance and Computer Science from Trinity University and an MBA from Rice University.

John "JD" Parkes is the CEO and co-founder of Parry Labs, a national-security technology company delivering mission solutions across C2, robotic formations, and integrated fires. JD also co-founded Skydweller Aero, where he serves as a board member. Earlier in his career he was the Airborne Mission Lead at the Department of Defense's Strategic Capabilities Office, and worked in strategic planning and M&A at United Technologies. He also serves on the Board of the Defense Intelligence Memorial Foundation.

Robert Giesler is a retired U.S. Army officer and former member of the Senior Executive Service who held senior roles at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, including Director of Strategy Coordination and Chief of Strategy and Plans at the Strategic Capabilities Office. His specialties span strategy, information operations, hybrid conflict, cyber, and intelligence. In industry he served as SVP for cyber programs at SAIC and as senior advisor for asymmetric operations at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory. He has also been a nonresident senior fellow with the Atlantic Council's Scowcroft Center and a member of the Defense Science Board.
